Honestly don't know where to begin, from the moment you drive into the centre it's absolutely beautiful. Sylvia is so welcome and the centre is pristine and so welcome. The Metamorphosis treatment was unlike anything I've ever experienced and I look forward to returning for more treatments and to gain some more of Sylvia's extensive knowledge and amazing energy

I had an amazing relaxing massage combination of back and facial. Sylvia was so accomadating and ensured comfort at all times .the oils that were used were also fabulous I left feeling rejuvenated and totally chilled .Thank you again .
